Develop alternative protein curriculum for both UG and Grad students
Past projects have included:
Journal clubs with topics ranging from cell scaffolding to cultivated meat products for household pets.
Course offerings e.g., “Food of the Future,” “Future Fashion Innovation,” “Future Food Manufacturing”
Teaching egg spherification to students at Henderson-Hopkins Elementary School in Baltimore

Support entrepreneurial efforts within the field
Past projects have included:
Consulting reports with cultivated fat startup Peace of Meat and the major international corporation Monde Nissin.
High-profile events with industry leaders, representing companies like Impossible Foods, New Age Meats, UPSIDE Foods and The Good Food Institute.
Fireside chats and Meet & Greets with professionals in alt protein research or industry.
Outreach
Promote interest within the JHU community and among local organizations

Fellowship course designed for college students and professionals to utilize.
